I have over 10 years experience in corporate administration. I started off my career by attending to clients, members and stakeholders, giving them information and encouraging them to the Chamber. I do a lot interfacing and business on business networking with people. I have helped the organisations I worked with to see the needs to diversify , grow capacity and benefit from the services provided from the feedback I got from clients, stakeholders and enquirers. I also answered customer queries and enquiries via email and phones. I have an MBA in Human Resources, this knowledge equipped me to manage people helped me develop skills in people management and Team Lead. Over time I developed interpersonal and communications skills and ability to interact with people at all levels. I also managed events that turned out profitably. I work through the process of conceptualisation to delivery of the programmes/ events.
