interacting, providing consistent and high quality service.
· Handles billing issues i.e. receiving complaints, resolving billing disputes, looking for
alternative solution before issuing refunds, negotiating and crediting disputed amounts
on customer’s bill until further investigation is completed.
· Handles technical issues i.e. programming and basic troubleshooting
· Upsells SiriusXM products and services.
