I have over 7 years of experience working in the BPO industry as several different positions, this allowed me to take the best of each one of these stages in my life conducting me to adapt the best practices of each line of business towards my next experience. Nowadays, I am the owner of my own center in collaboration with my partners we all combined have more than 50 years of experience. I have experience in high management positions which demanded to have excellent communications and people skills to coach, provide feedback and develop a team under my lead. The training field made me rich in different learning techniques and qualified to deal with challenging scenarios. During the last 5 years, I served different accounts such as telecommunications, customer service, sales, MCA in US and UK, Deregulated Energy and keeps on going, all of these in formats such as B2B, B2C, OB, IB, etc.
Throughout my most recent successes, I have developed my skills in Macro and Micromanagement, Lean Six Sigma and PMP practitioner, last but not least process enhancer as profits, revenue, gross margin, balances and more it refers to admin and deals meaningfully with resources.
