Possessing a master's degree in business administration, master's degree in business data analytics, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, I have cultivated a comprehensive understanding of financial management, regulatory compliance, and procurement practices. Throughout my career, I have effectively overseen the administration of USAID and donor-funded projects, ensuring strict adherence to regulations such as USAID ADS, FAR, AIDAR, and 2 CFR 200. With over 15 years of experience in grants, subcontracting, and environmental compliance management within USAID-funded projects, I have consistently demonstrated leadership in ensuring compliance, improving grant and procurement processes, and driving efficient project execution. My expertise lies in navigating internal controls, audit procedures, and procurement regulations, positioning me to make substantial contributions to ATI's mission and goals.

In my role as the Program and Administrative Manager at Black Canadians for Cultural, Educational and Economic Progress (BCCEEP), I demonstrated my ability to design and implement effective programs, engage stakeholders, and oversee day-to-day administrative functions. Furthermore, during my tenure at Mercy Corps International, I excelled in managing subawards and compliance, conducting financial reviews, and executing partnership agreements in alignment with donor requirements.
