Hi, my name is Vince, and I’m excited to meet you! My recent work is a CSR mostly chat and handling customer inquiries, along with being a sales staff. Ensuring closing sales with my conversation skills. My work before that was being an Online English as Second Language Teacher for 2 years, supporting students with diverse learning needs. This experience strengthened my time management and multitasking skills as I balanced priorities while staying organized and efficient. I also helped students achieve their learning goals, earning consistent positive feedback for my adaptability and ability to build strong rapport—qualities I bring to every professional relationship. I’m proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams, and I adapt quickly to new tools and challenges. As your Assistant, I’ll manage back end works, ensuring smooth flow for you along with coordination, tech support with care, organization, and attention to detail. Outside work, I enjoy watching anime, gaming, trading or just looking at the market at my spare time. It helps me enhance my skills and practice my decisioning.
