My career started in US Staffing, where I quickly grew into a role that required handling high-volume hiring, client coordination, and end-to-end recruitment responsibilities. Through this experience, I developed deep knowledge of sourcing, screening, negotiating, and onboarding candidates across multiple industries and job levels. Client interaction, understanding requirements, and delivering quality profiles within defined timelines have always been my core strengths.

As my career progressed, I built a strong interest in analytics and problem-solving, which led me to expand my skill set into the world of Data Analysis. With hands-on experience in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Python (Pandas), I have worked on transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support decision-making. I enjoy creating interactive dashboards, automating manual processes.
