I am an experienced HR professional with over 15+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, Transformation Projects, Production Support and Customer Service in the Financial, Outsourcing and Banking sectors.
My entire experience is in Global MNCs and market of operations was Global in nature with key focus on Asia Pacific, USA and European Markets.I had a brief stint in Singapore for 2.3 years while working with a global bank after i was transfered from India.
In terms of HR, I spent last 11 years in this domain, with extensive experience of overseeing implementation of HR policies & processes for employee life cycle processes. I have worked as Business Analyst for various HR Transformation and HR technology projects, which has equipped me with the ability to perform business analysis, liaise effectively with clients/leadership, understand their requirements, creating effective frameworks, vendor management, develop solutions and maintenance of client portfolios for successful project completion.
In addition to HR, I have a good experience in the Insurance domain for US and UK Companies at the start of my career in the ITES Sector in operations. I also had a brief period of work as a consultant for Morgan Stanley in there equity publishing house where we managed and published equity/fixed income research report and financial models of companies worldwide.
