I have experience as hardware technical support for Lenovo computers as well as the role of customer care in two different high-volume companies.
Due to my work experience I am an analytical, trilingual (French,English and Romanian), results-oriented professional with hardware, and application support experience.
Experiences include customer-oriented support; excellent communication skills with both technical and end-user communities; PC component installation, configuration, and troubleshooting skills. I have experience assisting customers over the phone, e-mail and Zendesk.
