I’m a dedicated and adaptable professional with a solid background in customer support, operations, and administrative work. Over the years, I’ve built strong skills in handling customer inquiries, managing teams, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Most recently, I worked at Telus Digital as a Customer Support Representative, helping U.S.-based customers with issues related to warranties, claims, and formal complaints. I supported team members in real-time with case resolution, making sure problems were handled efficiently and professionally. This role really sharpened my communication and problem-solving skills, especially in fast-paced situations where quick thinking is key.

Before that, I spent three years at 24/7.ai as an Operations Supervisor. There, I was responsible for a mix of team management, scheduling, and performance tracking. I worked closely with both internal teams and international clients to resolve service issues and maintain high standards. A big part of my role involved analyzing outcomes and developing action plans to help the team meet targets and work more effectively. It was a great opportunity to grow as a leader and learn how to balance daily operations with long-term performance goals.

I started my professional journey as a Personal Assistant, where I scheduled appointments, organized events, and handled day-to-day admin tasks. I made sure things stayed on track, from managing emails to preparing materials for meetings and conferences. This role taught me the value of being detail-oriented, staying organized, and always being one step ahead.

Across all my roles, I’ve learned how important it is to be flexible, team-oriented, and solution-focused. I enjoy finding better ways to get things done, whether it’s improving customer service processes or supporting colleagues with their workload.
