As a product manager in Edutech, one example of solving an analytical business problem was when we noticed a drop in learner engagement for a key course offering on our LMS platform. The course completion rates were low, and users were not progressing as expected, impacting user retention and revenue.

To address this, I led a data-driven analysis of user behavior. We analyzed course interaction data, quiz performance, time spent on modules, and feedback from surveys. The insights revealed that learners were struggling with certain course modules due to overly complex content and a lack of interactive elements to maintain engagement.
