He has extensive experience in Delivery Services & Project Management, Program Management, IT Strategy, Budget  Management and Application Delivery gained through assignments in Mexico and US . He is proficient on building talented cross-functional, multi-country and virtual teams by continuously providing members with training, guidance, and motivation to exceed business objectives. Victor has also wide proficiency managing and developing specialized vendors when handling business transformation initiatives enabled by Information Technology.
