I have a 7 years experience in Operational/Customer risk, on a daily basis I ensure that customers are satisfied with our services by either sending mails or calling them. Survey is made with their responses and conclusion is done, i give suggestions and advice to management on the wants and desires of the company. I ensure that customers are promptly attended to and cases logged in are timely closed by quick resolution. I ensure that all customers in our large customer base are reached every quarter either through emails, WhatsApp or phone calls. All identified customer risk are promptly escalated to my Head Of Department, then Managing Director.
