I work as an EFL English foreign language teacher with 8 years of experience in different educational institutions and in the inherent tasks both in the pedagogical practice and in the subject of profession, implementing learning methodologies according to the needs of the students in order to enrich teaching and acquire the language in a more significant way, use the resources proposed by ICT in order to adapt to the needs, interests, learning strategies and teaching styles preferred by students through virtual platforms, moodles and websites that allow the practice and development of language skills. Because the pandemic situation I got enrolled in a Canadian financial institution as a customer care advisor where I am currently working, since then my understanding of English has grown in terms of cultural background due the interaction with customers from China, India, Europe and different parts of the globe.
