My most recent long-term role saw me working for three years as the Executive Assistant to the Director of a traveling Skin Cancer Organization. This was a home-based position which effectively meant that I was a virtual assistant. Main duties include: Research, business development, travel bookings, start to finish implementation of rural clinic events, consumables purchasing, billing & payroll, inbound calls, website back end maintenance, marketing, social media management, proposal preparation, funding applications and preparation of other documents, renewing leases and contracts, management of patient appointment schedule, Medicare billing, medical administration and data entry, payroll, coordination of staff members, trades people and housekeepers, other day-to-day support tasks to the Director.
From 2016 - 2018 I worked with the Asian/Australian based company H2H Event Management researching and recruiting international musicians and entertainers to perform at luxury venues both here in Australia and also in India, Jakarta and The Maldives. I also performed general admin duties on an ad-hoc basis, managed their Instagram and Facebook pages and oversaw several high profile events both locally and internationally. I reported directly to the Director of the organization and this was also a remote/home based position.
