In the past 14 fruitful years working in several BPO companies as customer service representative, technical support, sales representative, travel agent, healthcare specialist both medical and prescription, as quality analyst and as supervisor, i have develop soft skill and hard skill, handling people in person and over the phone and chat, specializing on several system that support my role, including maintaining data information that is use for process improvement, skills which gave me opportunity to work in a managerial level, that handles people and work with clients for updates and improvement, experience and skill that I am proud to say, will give me confidence handling much more harder task to complete in the future.
