Hi, I’m Veronica Vargas, a Product Manager with 10+ years of experience delivering digital solutions across sectors like SaaS, eCommerce, aviation, and nonprofit. I’ve led over 20 projects from discovery to launch—managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with clients in both local and international contexts.

At ArcTouch, I helped scale a client team from 5 to 21 members in under a year while improving key delivery metrics like utilization and team satisfaction. I also led the development of an award-winning nonprofit app recognized by the Anthem Awards. Before that, at Bemind, I acted as both Product Owner and Scrum Master, driving the growth of a portfolio of products for startups and established companies alike.

My background in business consulting and finance gives me a strong foundation in strategic thinking, while my Master’s in Design sharpened my ability to deliver user-centered experiences.
