I’m a people-first leader with over 15 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success and Support Services. Throughout my career, I’ve built and led teams across multiple departments. What defines me is the ability to bring structure to complexity. I’ve successfully led departments of up to 26 professionals, managing a wide variety of activities such as: supplier management, business reporting, financial administration, IT & system support, and customer communications. My approach balances clarity, empathy and efficiency. Ensuring that both people and processes thrive.
