On the payments side, I’ve used Stripe and Chargebee to help with billing concerns, subscriptions, and disputes. I’m comfortable jumping into new systems and figuring things out quickly.

Aside from support, I also help with day-to-day e-commerce operations like order tracking, coordinating with fulfillment, and making sure customers stay updated. I know how fast things can move in online businesses, so I stay organized and adaptable.
