I am very keen in doing my research. I had also joined journalism competitions and became successful in the field. I had been writing news, editorial, feature and sports articles too in a school paper since 6th grade until I finished college. I also do editing and copywriting. During my employment with the clients I’ve worked with, I am confident to say that I had become their asset. I made sure to comply all deliverables before it’s deadline, prior to submitting reports, I make sure that I had double checked them. When it comes to providing service, I go beyond what is expected of me. I think outside the box, I do not wait for the customers to ask me, I provide options and suggest what is best since I am the expert and knows the product more than they do. I make sure I had utilize all my resources before I consult my direct superior as well. I am expert in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I have the knowledge in advance troubleshooting with computers as well. With sales and retention, I am proud to say that I had been consistent in being on the top-sellers list of the company.
