I have worked as a eBay Selling Account Specialist for over two years where I assisted sellers in listing their items, billing queries, competitor analysis and product research. I've also worked as an ESL tutor for Korean students for over 5 years. In this kind of job, I was able to interact and help my students learn how to speak and understand the English language depending on their level and age. Recently, I was able to work as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant for Ray White Epsom and Ray White City in New Zealand. I handled some projects where I was able to help my clients with data entry tasks, research, and email management. I also worked as a QA Analyst at QA World where I did transcription of calls from various call centers in the US and in the UK.
