My current job is a System Analyst (L2 Ariba Support) in a Telecom Company.
My task is to support/assist those users who have a Technical Issue in PR/PO processing in Ariba. Aside from Assisting Technical Issue concern, these are my other tasks;
- User Access Creation in Ariba
- Material Codes Uploading in Ariba [Bulk]
- Modification of User Profile in Ariba
- Importing of Receipt/GR in Ariba
- Checking of ERP & PO in SAP HANA
- Checking of Material Codes Description in SAP
- Exporting of Matdocs in SAP
- Checking of Assigned tickets in RemedyForce
- Attend Queries in Email and HO
- etc.
I am willing to learn new task and skills.
