About
I’m a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration, Major in Business Management,
with a background in the customer service
industry since 2008. I’ve worked in both banking
and the automotive sector, with the majority of
my experience coming from sales and client
relations. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion
for connecting with people and providing excellent
service. I also gained experience in digital
marketing, where I discovered a love for creating
social media ads using tools like Canva and
CapCut.
Now, I’m transitioning into the online freelancing
world. As a dedicated single mom, I’m pursuing a
career that allows for more flexibility and balance,
while continuing to do meaningful work. I’m excited
to collaborate with clients, bring value to their
projects, and grow alongside them.

promo to a potential client, and the one on the right was with my
groupmates during one of our mall duties.

This is also where I received a few awards,
including Top Sales Executive and Top Sales
Executive in the Customer Service Initiative
rating. In this initiative, the Customer Relations
Associate would contact clients who had
recently received their units and ask them to
rate their overall experience with the agent —
with 5 being the highest score and I’m proud to
have received a perfect score. Unfortunately, I
only have one photo as proof, since the original
Facebook page where I posted the rest got
disabled.

I may have only stayed in this company for 6 months,
but during that time, I developed a stronger sense of
urgency when it came to closing sales and sharpened
my negotiation skills. This role also involved more
administrative responsibilities — we even handled the
routing of documents during unit turnovers, which
gave me hands-on experience managing tasks beyond
sales.

I don’t have any photos from my time at Toyota Quezon Ave, Honda Cars Quezon Ave,
or BDO because all of them were posted on Friendster back then, and I didn’t get the
chance to save them before the platform shut down. Unfortunately, those memories
are no longer accessible.
