I have a background in the customer service industry since 2009 in both banking and automotive industry. Majority of my work experience was in car sales wherein I provided customer service and support to clients while providing them with excellent customer service. I also handled office administration serving as my own secretary before, during and after sales transactions. Managing accounts, problem-solving, handling clients' concerns and inquiries, office administration, setting appointments, client relationship building and graphic designing using Canva are just some of the major tasks involved in our day to day apart from selling. That being said, I've developed skills like being highly organized, multitasking, having a strong attention to detail, being empathetic and committed to providing excellent customer service. Furthermore, I've developed a strong ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and learn new tools and systems.
