I have 10 years of experience in Customer Support assisting U.S customers mainly in a financial account. I also answer calls from other countries like UK, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, India, Netherlands, South Africa and more.
Also, I had been working closely with our US Client as I had been part of the Back Office Team in which our US client directly communicate with for assistance with reporting requirements like excel spreadsheet, Pivot format, Word documents, respond to email inquiries and requests for urgent processing, phone support. I ensure that all documents I send out to our clients are accurate and timely as this is what I have always been focused on, ensuring that I deliver my service accurately and timely. I always do and give my best in every work assigned to me. And I am very willing to learn new things.
