I have over 10 years of experience in multiple fields that includes customer service, administrative assistant and process executive. Through these experiences I developed excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively as both an individual and part of a team, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, high attention to details, excellent computer skills, and most importantly a friendly and professional manner. I developed my research skills during my last employment as process executive or case manager assistant. I know that this is somewhat a new environment for me to further my skills but I can assure you that I am highly trainable and can easily adapt to any changes.
