Successfully developing and executing GTM strategies leading to €110m YoY revenue increase.
Launching a fintech in the USA attracting 25,000 new customers that met KYC requirements within the first month and reducing churn by 20% in the first quarter.
At the same time reduced customer acquisition costs from $60 to less than $1 with an increased conversion rate increase of 3.6% and a longer customer retention.
I have familiarity using freemium marketing strategies to attract new users, performance marketing strategies for digital campaigns, increasing demand generation by optimising customer journey funnels, delivering successful ABM campaigns for B2B products, creating, and managing global B2C campaigns, supporting sales and product marketing teams, as well as working closely with product and design teams.
