I use CRM tools such as Zapier, Zoho, and Jira to automate workflows, track progress, and resolve issues. I have over 10 years of experience in customer service and sales support, and I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Prior to joining Ontop, I worked as an Account Analyst at LEAP India, a logistics and supply chain company, where I managed key accounts, analyzed data, and prepared reports. I also have a Master of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from HBTU, which gives me a strong technical background and analytical skills.
