I consistently meet my call and email volume goals, handling an average of 100-120 calls and 300-400 emails per day, respectively.
In addition to this, I have gained skills like multitasking; that involves entering notes and other relevant data while taking in and/or placing calls. I am also certified with a typing speed of 40 wpm. On the other hand, I have learned some incredible techniques on handling inbound/outbound calls, composing and sending out personalized or bulk emails with accuracy and strong attention to detail skills.
I also bring to the table strong computer and software proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM database/software and navigating Google apps.
