I’m Upasna Pandey, a Brand & Studio Coordinator and Content Writer based in Bengaluru, India, with 3+ years of professional experience in brand communication, content creation, coordination, and digital support roles.

I am currently working with Alive India, a leading music and media company, where I handle event coordination, brand communication, artist scheduling, client interaction, event scheduling, presentation and pitch making, and content support. Earlier, I worked with Sun Knowledge Pvt. Ltd. in an international medical process process, managing denials of claims, resubmission, refund request from insurance, documentation, and process reporting.
