I am an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for one and a half year and Officer-In-Charge (OIC) Manager for two and a half years in a quick service restaurant (Mang Inasal Philippines) here in the Philippines. I handled numerous Key Result Areas during my four year tenure with the company. I started as Service Quality Manager where I handles Customer Relations and Customer Queries. After that I was assigned as Production Quality Manager handling Stock Forecasting, Product Quality Control and Inventory. I've handled also Training for new hired crew and Documents Control for the stores important documents.
