Trixy Camille Penafiel

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I have been in customer service field since 2012. The following are my work experiences:

1. Panasiatic Solutions from October 2012 to August 2016. I am a customer service representative for Tracfone. Our main task is to assist customers in all aspects of the service such as activation, redemption, assist technical issues with phones such as the features, internet, calls, texts and all other settings, escalations, sales like offering new plans, upgrades, getting new phones.

2. Concentrix Bacolod October 2016 to November 2022. From 2016 to September 2019, I am an Technical Specialist with Spectrum Or known as Time Warner before. Our job is to assist customers dealing with all internet related problems, phone and cable services. From mid September of 2019 until 2021, I was transferred to Bed Bath & Beyond first as an Email Specialist, then to answering calls and later on, we have the chat feature which I was transferred to. We are handling all orders concerns such as refunds, replacements, tracking, damage claims, promotions and all about the website and store.

3. July 2021 to October 2022, I became a Virtual Assistant for Prosper, a property management company. I was assigned in the Application/Leasing department and our main job is to screen applicants with their applications. I am also working on the lease agreements of those approved applicants. I also set schedules for showing of units/properties for the prospects.

4. November 2022 to June 2023, I am a Virtual Assistant to another property management/brokerage company. My role here is to provide assistance to home buying/selling. I make sure that all requirements are met for both paties to close the deal/property. I check contracts, upload documents, call for follow-up for those inspections, walkthroughs and other related inspections needed in selling properties. I create open house/for sale or rent posters for marketing. I set appointments for site visit and call prospects if they are interested for properties in the market. For the rented properties, I am tasked to send violation and deliquent letters, and send maintenace work order requests of tenants.
