I have worked with the Customer Service Industry for 9 years and learned a lot of things from it. Starting from the most followed rules/virtues down to the basic ones. I have worked with a lot of accounts as well, which introduced me to the different job titles I have had in the past. Aside from being a customer service support, I also had the chance to explore the Logistics world where I was a Logistics Specialist doing data entry and calls for freight orders (pick- up and delivery). I was also a Quality Assurance Analyst for 2 years and did the task of making sure that calls made were of good and high quality and that it follows the standards set by the company. One of my most memorable job post was when I got hired as a Medical Biller. It was a tedious job which required a lot of things to be learned and fully understand. I did both Back Office and Admin Tasks, phone calls too and record keeping task which was also a part of it. Lastly, with all the experiences I've had, it took a lot of courage but I was able to detach myself from a company and work freely on my own and at home. I maintain a well balanced lifestyle as I think it helps me be able to perform well and deliver satisfactory results to my client. With all my work experiences, I hope to be able to share my knowledge and services to clients that need those. And I hope to be working with you soon!
