Here are my experiences and tasks in my previous jobs

As a Customer service Expert:

• 9 years in Call center answering calls, chat, and emails, I was promoted to level 2 and manage escalation team
• 2 years in dropshipping, I was the escalation manager, I reached out to customers that filed a chargeback, refund, and returns, or replacement.

As a Virtual Assistant:

• 2 years General VA checking notes and documents, managing data then uploads it in google drive and online database. 
• 2 years in dropshipping uploading products in Shopify and different marketplace platforms.
• Developed an online store using WordPress - WooCommerce.
• I attended training for Digital Marketing to hone my skills.
