I have worked for a variety of companies doing virtual admin/exec work including bookkeeping, calendar, and email management. I am good at juggling multiple projects at once, was deeply involved in research and resolving incoming inventory issues with all Zappos' warehouses, and delved into a multitude of processes and programs. I have over 40+ years of admin/exec experience, as well as writing/proofing/editing. I love learning new skills and happily devote my days to getting sh*t done.
Most recently, I worked for DISCcert.com coordinating the calendar and cleaning up the Gmail Inbox to a customizable one, making emails easier to find and respond to. I created flowcharts, Google Docs, and Sheets, PowerPoint and Canva presentations, and other basic admin duties.
Aside from my admin duties, I've done bookkeeping using Quickbooks. I am also proficient in Excel spreadsheets.
