I worked for SiriusXM as a Technical Support Representative that assists customers that has problems with their satellite radio, account subscription, billing, and troubleshooting related issues.
I was then transferred to a different company and worked for Tracfone/Net10/Safelink that assist customers with their technical issue regarding phones, monthly minutes, billing and create a ticket for assistance in fixing network issue.
As for Amazon, I was a Seller Support who helps Amazon Seller via Phone and Email to organize and boost their product while assisting them with their account ratings and feedback. I also help them in billing related issues and product shipping matters.
I worked with online travel agencies Orbitz/Expedia and Travelocity where I assist a customer with their travel plans, changing and canceling the reservation via GDS system (Worldspan, Apollo, Sabre, and Amadeus), helping fixed their flight that are affected by Schedule Changes and help them find the lowest rate online.
