I have more than 8 years of experience in Customer/Technical support for Tech companies, assisting clients overseas in the US, Europe, mainly via emails or direct phone calls. I am looking for a part-time job in this expertise to develop my skills, and use my time more efficiently.
I have worked in a EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) company whose job is transferring data between merchandise suppliers and retailers in the US. I am currently working as an Implementation Specialist for a DAM (Digital Asset Management) company (also located in the US).
My English skills are in advance level, I have no difficulties using them in my work. I also have adaptability and problem-solving skills that are proved in many positions that I have been through. Researching/investigation is my strength as well.
