I help small companies and businesses with their part time needs. Not every business needs a full time HR or Recruiter. I am here to help on an AS NEEDED basis. That might be a day a week, or a month a year, or a few hours here and there. I am well versed in ADP payroll and HR functions as well as ADP recruiting. I manage small and large job boards, attend job fairs for my clients, interview, screen, and onboard, manage new hire paperwork, and enter employees (if needed) into an HRIS system. I also do payroll for several clients through the ADP portal.
