2. Talent Development program – ‘Professional Tutoring program for students’:
- identification and responding to the needs of seasoned and aspirational individuals by designing the development and career
management program for “extra milers”.
- Result: Crafting, execution, and monitoring of the program – training staff, building the support framework, participation, monitoring
of outcomes.
3. Remodeling of learning programs:
- assuring increased competitiveness of curricula (oceanography and water management) as a response to challenging educational
global market and compliance to European science and education policy,
- inclusion of market-driven competencies and ESG aspects into the content.
- Result: crafting, execution, and monitoring of courses.
ABILITY TO COORDINATE AND MANAGE L&D, CX, R&D PROGRAMS (successful end-to-end programs delivery; owning the end-to-end projects

1. Implementation of Customer Experience (CX) program across the organization aiming at transfer of CX knowledge:
- providing CX training across Workflow and EMEA Order Rights Management specialists,

- providing functional and cross-functional support throughout the process.

- performing needs analysis amongst stakeholders: facilitation of feedback sessions, surveying, focus analysis,

- Result: In four years, 400 trainees were sent to business and governmental entities (in Poland and abroad – EMEA, AMERS) and eleven
associate professors sent to UHD divisions (USA) – experienced staff internships module.

- managing scope, budget, and timeline,
- Result: In 2 years, deliverables achieved (based on collaboration with the University of Houston-Downtown: study programs
consulted, didactic innovations transferred, exchange of staff and students performed).
