I have been working with the call center industry for more than 2 years. I have worked with several big companies such as Convergys, Teletech and Etelecare. My preferred line of business is technical support. I have also worked with several US based companies such as AT&T, Dell and Verizon, as well as a sales representative for RCI(Resort Condominium International). I have also worked with a New Zealand based company as a technical support representative for Telecom. My job was to support two lines of business which were broadband and telephone technical support. I receive around 30 to 40 calls per day and support anywhere from email problems to loss of internet connection. My last employment was with a large ecommerce website called Choxi formerly known as Nomorerack. I have worked with several teams while working for the company. I have worked with the email team, Social media team and customer satisfaction survey team. My employment lasted for 3 years with this company until they closed down on October. I am looking forward to continue working at home to spend time with my wife and family. I am a motivated, enthusiastic and work driven individual. I work very well under pressure and I would achieve to perfect what task is set upon me.
