Hi, I’m Tolulope, a driven and curious professional with hands-on experience across customer support, technical systems, data entry, and product and social media management. I’ve worked in industries like fintech, infrastructure development, and microfinance, and I genuinely enjoy roles where I can solve problems, support customers, and improve systems while constantly learning.

Currently, I work as a System Support Analyst at Wipay Technologies, where I help resolve technical issues, improve operational workflows, and train clients on our tools. I’m also involved in a large-scale redevelopment project at Xcellon Capital Advisory, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution across areas like transportation and real estate.

My academic background includes a degree in Public Administration from the University of Ilorin and a diploma in Marketing from Yaba College of Technology. I’ve also earned certifications in project management, data analysis, product design, and soft skills through programs from Google, Accenture, and Jobberman. These have helped me build a strong foundation in both technical knowledge and customer-centered thinking.
