I am a proactive human resources and administrative professional with a solid academic background and practical experience supporting people operations, organizational administration, and employee engagement. I hold a BBA in Human Resource Management from UNILAK and am completing my MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
My experience spans both nonprofit and institutional environments. As an HR & Admin Assistant at the Youth Coalition for Education in Liberia (YOCEL), I supported end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding, staff records management, performance tracking, training coordination, and field-level administrative support. I strengthened internal documentation systems and helped create a more organized and supportive work environment.
In Rwanda, my HR internship at CHUB gave me exposure to HR functions in the public health sector, particularly leave management, employee data systems, HR compliance, and documentation aligned with labor standards.
Beyond formal employment, I serve as the co-founder and head of administration at the Right Holders Network (RHN), where I manage administrative operations, coordinate volunteers, and support governance and youth development initiatives. This role has enhanced my leadership capacity and my ability to work within diverse, cross-functional teams.
I bring strong skills in communication, problem-solving, workplace coordination, and maintaining confidentiality. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and various HR and productivity tools. I am adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively in remote, multicultural, and fast-paced environments.
I am more committed to helping organizations build efficient, transparent, and people-centered systems. My goal is to contribute to teams that value continuous improvement, collaboration, and measurable impact
