My name is Tinni, 29 years of age. I have been a customer service representative, technical support and IT service desk for 9 years. I assist and answer inquiries, provide technical guidance to less experienced staff 24/7 as Service desk analyst, I have handled issues ranging from simple PC related problems to Application related issues including their account errors through taking inbound outbound calls, email and chat support.
