I have volunteered for the fire and rescue departments in my city before I started working for different BPO companies. I handled customer and technical support, sales, and banking for different accounts. I have also worked as a virtual assistant for some time, before I started working as an English as a Second Language teacher for Chinese students, for almost 6 years now. I have taught basic to advanced English such as IELTS.

 

I have dealt with a lot of different situations before. From making a crying child laugh while having a class, to saving someone's life. And I have handled all of them with the best that I could offer. I'm highly trainable, flexible, and can work with minimal to no supervision at all.

Over the years, I have acquired skills and experience, which I can impart to your organization.

I have also worked tirelessly on my communication abilities and teamwork skills, which I will put to use in my future career, which would be with you if I am selected for the position.
