I am from Philippines and a graduate of Mass Communications. Basically my entire professional career is in the field of Customer Service. I worked remotely as an Email Customer Support that allowed me to gain the solid background in marketing and sales through providing an efficient way of communicating with our consumers. I also perform admin tasks such as data entry, research, product description and transcription.

Additionally, my participation as Head of Front Office in a multi-cultural hotel gave me the fundamental familiarity in dealing with pressure, leadership, multi-tasking and extensive experience in effective communications which l considered to be my expertise.
