When I started in the BPO industry I was under Receivables management where we help the customers make their postpaid account current by advising them the advantages of making a full balance payment on or before the due date, then I was promoted as Tier 3 agent for the same company under Integrated model service which handles all type of calls from billing, disputes, collections, sales and technical issue. After serving ATT for 2 years, I applied as a Data Researcher for criminal searches and eventually got promoted as Quality Assurance where we are responsible for the overall accuracy of each single details before sending the names back to the clients. That being said, the accuracy of work is my top most priority since I believe we need to make it right, the first time a task was given.
