I am a results-oriented professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and digital transformation. My journey began with an MBA, which established a strong theoretical foundation in business operations. This was solidified during my time in HSBC's Global Operations Program, where I played a key role in several large-scale, high-impact initiatives.

My experience lies in supporting bank-wide operations transformation projects, particularly within the Wholesale Operations segment. I excel at identifying inefficiencies and redesigning processes to be leaner, faster, and more tech-oriented. A core part of my expertise involves extensive process mining to uncover opportunities for optimization and automation. For example, I was instrumental in the launch of a new Wholesale Client Servicing platform across the APAC and EU regions. This involved not only User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data analysis but also the crucial task of designing future-state processes and identifying workflow automation opportunities.

I also have hands-on experience with emerging technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA). My work included conducting Straight-Through Processing (STP) performance analysis for global trade processes and preparing Proof of Concept (PoC) documents. Through Time Motion Studies, I've successfully identified and documented specific areas for automation, contributing directly to efficiency gains. Additionally, I supported the Wholesale Chief Operating Office by performing financial analysis and identifying significant cost-saving opportunities.

My approach is built on a foundation of continuous curiosity and a mission to grow as a leader in business operations. Currently, I'm expanding my skill set by focusing on enterprise AI implementations, aiming to bring cutting-edge solutions to complex business problems.
