I am a hardworking young professional who already had 7 years of working experience. I became Team Leader in one of the group buying site in the Philippines. Through that i was able to develop my skills in communication not only verbally (e.g phone calls) but also through written (e.g. chats, emails, skype etc). I handled our customers complaints and inquiries. I also prepare proposals and gather information through research on how we are going to improve and innovate our company's products and services. I do gather data and do surveys through internet and through our clients.

I was able to enhance more my communications skills when i joined in one of the large call center industry here in the Philippines for about 3 years. I am assisting customers/clients of a popular airline company with their concerns and inquiries. i am communicating with them through phone calls, chats and emails. I am using the airline system to provide them e-tickets.

Presently, i am working as a shift manager in one of the great outsourcing company in the Philippines for about 3 years. Here, i do web research, data analyst and doing statistics for our monthly report to our top management.

Through these wide experience i was able to learn on how to do multi-tasking and i was able to work independently. I am also a team player, who works for the goal of the team.
