I'm able to and like very much to: read software documentations, specify requirements, validate complex systems in which I am always learning something new, and of course, reporting bugs to those platforms. But always building good relationship with the other testers, developers and the team that is working on the project.

I'm currently working with a powerful financial market trading system, where I am responsible for the Certificate and Support Team of the company.

As a head of the Certification Team, I'm responsible for managing the activities and planning projects for 4 people.

As a head of the Support Team, I'm responsible for solving problems or answering questions that the support responsible for the issue couldn't solve.

I'm responsible for training the traders/brokers using our platform too, and planning and regarding the client requests to include new options or functions to a new version of the system.
