My name is Thami Legodi, I am 24 years old and I currently live in South Africa. I hold a BA Degree in Public Governance with Public Administration and I am currently studying towards a BA Honours in International Politics. I have experience working as an Administrative Assistant, a Sales Agent as well as an Assistant Teacher. Part of my work as an Administrative Assistant includes:
• Executed record filing system to improve document organization and management.
• Answered multi-line phone system, routing calls and delivering messages to staff.
• Updated reports, managed accounts and generated reports for company database.
Sales Agent:
• Contacted customers after sales process to drive ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve issues and complaints.
• Represented company professionally in situations, working through challenging phone calls and cultivating positive interactions by remaining calm and poised.
Assistant Teacher:
• Assisted in holding in classes for educators who were not available for class.
• Typing classwork, homework as well as tests.
I have gained great marketing, administrative and communication skills through my past work experiences. I am organized and detail oriented and I have great time management skills. I am also very familiar with technology and many programs and I am always eager to learn as I am abke to learn quickly.
