I’m a Computer Engineering graduate with a passion for both technology and communication. Over the years, I’ve built a diverse set of experiences across different industries—including working as an ESL tutor, virtual assistant, quality assurance trainee, and even in customer-facing roles like sales and support. These roles have not only strengthened my technical skills but have also shaped me into someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, and quick to learn.
One of the things that sets me apart is my eagerness to explore new tools and systems. From handling admin tasks, organizing projects, and troubleshooting issues, to testing digital platforms and providing user support—I enjoy learning how things work and making them better. I’m highly detail-oriented and love optimizing processes to make them more efficient and user-friendly.
As an ESL tutor, I developed strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas in a way others can understand easily. As a QA trainee, I learned the importance of precision, reporting, and thinking critically about how systems behave. Working as a virtual assistant further sharpened my organizational and multitasking abilities, which I now apply to any role I take on.
I take pride in being a reliable and resourceful team player who’s always open to feedback and growth. Whether I’m working independently or collaborating with others, I bring energy, focus, and a positive attitude to everything I do. I enjoy challenges that allow me to grow personally and professionally, and I’m always excited to support teams and businesses in achieving their goals.
In every opportunity, I aim to combine my technical foundation with human-centered thinking—making me a well-rounded contributor in both tech and support environments. I look forward to continuously learning, connecting with great teams, and making a meaningful impact wherever I go.
